Internationaal Campaign for Tibet lanceerde daarom de \u2018Compassion Rising Tour World Tour 2025\u2018. Daartoe ontplooien ze in Choglamsar een bibliotheekwerking met een aanbod van boeken en tijdschriften in het Tibetaans en het Engels.
