bolder;\">Centro de meditaci\u00f3n Tushita<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #2c2c28; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; font-style: var( bienvenida del director Alberto G\u00e1mez. Tushita est\u00e1 en la parte m\u00e1s alta de Viladrau y, como en la mayor\u00eda de los pueblos, me esperaba una \u00faltima cuesta muy empinada para llegar.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Pero \u00a1qu\u00e9 para\u00edso! Esa elevada altitud significa que pr\u00e1cticamente no hay tr\u00e1fico y muy poco ruido del pueblo, aparte de algunos ladridos del perro del vecino. La terraza abovedada del centro domina una imponente monta\u00f1a. Para los retiros de verano, hay incluso una piscina. La Gompa (sala de meditaci\u00f3n) tiene capacidad para m\u00e1s de 20 personas. Tambi\u00e9n lo es el alojamiento para pasar la noche. Las comidas son vegetarianas, ecol\u00f3gicas y preparadas in situ.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Las sesiones de meditaci\u00f3n guiada del s\u00e1bado y el domingo, ocho en total, se centraron en alcanzar la paz y la calma mentales.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Como se anunciaba en la p\u00e1gina web, las sesiones fueron en catal\u00e1n. A grandes rasgos, pude seguirlas porque hab\u00eda muchos paralelismos con los retiros de silencio a los que asist\u00ed en\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><a style=\"color: #00285e;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.antwerpen-meditatie.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ehipassiko Amberes\/Mechelen<\/a><\/span>\u00a0seguido en B\u00e9lgica. Durante la meditaci\u00f3n, intentas alimentar y cultivar los aspectos positivos de tu vida mental y emocional (compasi\u00f3n, bondad, paciencia, atenci\u00f3n, modestia...), mientras que extingues los aspectos negativos (ira, odio, ego\u00edsmo, indiferencia, impaciencia, desprecio...) al no actuar inmediatamente cuando estas emociones te abruman. Al suspender tu reactividad, te das cuenta de que la emoci\u00f3n negativa no est\u00e1 en el mundo exterior objetivo, sino que surge dentro de ti. Y que, por tanto, puedes aprender a controlarla. A trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n, aprendes a lidiar con estas emociones y a redirigirlas hacia su opuesto positivo. De este modo, t\u00fa mismo te vuelves m\u00e1s relajado y feliz en la vida y te conviertes en una persona m\u00e1s agradable para los dem\u00e1s y para la sociedad en su conjunto.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Posteriormente, el\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Marina<\/span>\u00a0las posturas sentadas correctas y se centr\u00f3 en ciertos aspectos que pueden obstaculizar la consecuci\u00f3n de la paz mental mientras se est\u00e1 sentado. La inquietud y la resistencia pueden surgir de sensaciones desagradables en el cuerpo, como pies o piernas dormidos por\u00a0<em>meditadores<\/em>\u00a0sentarse con las piernas cruzadas o de rodillas, dolor de espalda, tensi\u00f3n en el cuello o los hombros debido a permanecer sentado en la misma posici\u00f3n durante mucho tiempo, etc. Marina explic\u00f3 detalladamente c\u00f3mo tratarlos. En pocas palabras: no desarrollar resistencia o aversi\u00f3n a estas molestias f\u00edsicas, ya que esto s\u00f3lo las exacerbar\u00e1. Obs\u00e9rvalas con calma, acepta que est\u00e1n ah\u00ed, relaja la parte del cuerpo donde se producen y luego vuelve a centrar tu atenci\u00f3n en tu objeto de meditaci\u00f3n, en este caso la respiraci\u00f3n. Al cabo de un rato, notar\u00e1s que las molestias se suavizan, porque una sensaci\u00f3n no es eterna y tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 sujeta a cambios. Si las molestias f\u00edsicas no mejoran, puedes hacer algunos movimientos sutiles o cambiar de postura al sentarte.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Marina<\/span>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 la importancia de mantener un t\u00e9rmino medio entre sentarse demasiado a la fuerza, que provoca tensi\u00f3n y cierra la mente, y relajarse demasiado, que conduce a la somnolencia. La meditaci\u00f3n consiste en estar presente despierto y mirar con una mente abierta e imparcial todo lo que se presenta aqu\u00ed y ahora. Sin juzgarlo ni reaccionar ante ello con aversi\u00f3n o ansia.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Luego est\u00e1n los inhibidores mentales, algo con lo que todo el mundo, incluidos los practicantes avanzados, tiene que lidiar: pensamientos intrusivos y nerviosos que asaltan implacablemente tu mente, incluso si las condiciones externas son propicias para alcanzar la paz mental, como aqu\u00ed en\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><a style=\"color: #00285e;\" href=\"http:\/\/tushita.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tushita<\/a><\/span>. S\u00f3lo date cuenta de que hay un pensamiento o una emoci\u00f3n, obs\u00e9rvalo durante un rato y no act\u00faes m\u00e1s en consecuencia. Por supuesto, no empieces a construir sobre \u00e9l pensamientos hipot\u00e9ticos. Vuelve a la respiraci\u00f3n. Al observar el pensamiento o la emoci\u00f3n desde la distancia, soltarlo y volver al objeto de meditaci\u00f3n, creas pausas entre los pensamientos. Y esto una y otra vez cada vez que surja un nuevo pensamiento. Meditar es empezar una y otra vez, hasta que las pausas entre pensamientos se alargan y consigues m\u00e1s paz mental. Esto no ocurre de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana; requiere mucha pr\u00e1ctica, paciencia y persistencia. E indulgencia contigo mismo. Sobre todo, no te enfades contigo mismo cuando \"vuelva a fallar\". Es normal.
