Despu\u00e9s de descansar, cada vez estaba un poco mejor, pero el dolor reaparec\u00eda cada vez m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. En las colinas cercanas a Maasmechelen, me di cuenta de que <strong>el dolor desaparec\u00eda al caminar cuesta arriba<\/strong>. Intent\u00e9 imitar esa forma de andar en terreno llano y not\u00e9 que el dolor desaparec\u00eda cuando <strong>aterriz\u00f3 suavemente en el tal\u00f3n y luego el pie rod\u00f3 bien todo el camino.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><div><p>Con mi pesada mochila, aparentemente pis\u00e9 diferente de lo habitual, con un razonable <strong>aterrizaje duro directamente sobre el mediopi\u00e9<\/strong>. Por lo visto, esos \"golpes\" son muy duros para las rodillas. Durante los 10 km restantes me obligu\u00e9 a <strong>concentraci\u00f3n mental en un aterrizaje suave con el tal\u00f3n y un buen despegue.<\/strong>...y el dolor de rodilla se fue al traste. Una prueba para saber si lo est\u00e1s haciendo bien es pisar sin hacer ruido sobre hormig\u00f3n o asfalto. Espero que este consejo pueda aliviar tambi\u00e9n las molestias de las personas con dolor cr\u00f3nico de rodilla.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
