suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 temps pour \u00eatre accueilli par le directeur Alberto Gamez. Tushita se trouve dans la partie la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de Viladrau et, comme dans la plupart des villages, une derni\u00e8re pente tr\u00e8s raide m'attendait pour y acc\u00e9der.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Mais quel paradis ! Cette altitude \u00e9lev\u00e9e signifie qu'il n'y a pratiquement pas de circulation et tr\u00e8s peu de bruits de village, \u00e0 part quelques aboiements du chien du voisin. La terrasse en d\u00f4me du centre surplombe une imposante montagne. Pour les retraites d'\u00e9t\u00e9, il y a m\u00eame une piscine. La Gompa (salle de m\u00e9ditation) est assez grande pour accueillir plus de 20 personnes. Il en va de m\u00eame pour le logement, o\u00f9 l'on peut passer la nuit. Les repas sont v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, biologiques et pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sur place.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Les s\u00e9ances de m\u00e9ditation guid\u00e9e du samedi et du dimanche, huit au total, \u00e9taient ax\u00e9es sur la recherche de la paix mentale et du calme.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Comme annonc\u00e9 sur le site web, les sessions \u00e9taient en catalan. D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, j'ai pu suivre parce qu'il y avait de nombreux parall\u00e8les avec les retraites silencieuses auxquelles j'ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><a style=\"color: #00285e;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.antwerpen-meditatie.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ehipassiko Anvers\/Malines<\/a><\/span>\u00a0en Belgique. Pendant la m\u00e9ditation, vous essayez de nourrir et de cultiver les aspects positifs de votre vie mentale et \u00e9motionnelle (compassion, amour bienveillant, patience, attention, modestie...), tout en \u00e9teignant les aspects n\u00e9gatifs (col\u00e8re, haine, \u00e9go\u00efsme, indiff\u00e9rence, impatience, m\u00e9pris...) en n'agissant pas imm\u00e9diatement lorsque ces \u00e9motions vous submergent. En suspendant votre r\u00e9activit\u00e9, vous constatez que l'\u00e9motion n\u00e9gative n'est pas dans le monde ext\u00e9rieur objectif, mais qu'elle monte en vous. Et que vous pouvez donc apprendre \u00e0 la contr\u00f4ler. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation, vous apprenez \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces \u00e9motions et \u00e0 les rediriger vers leur oppos\u00e9 positif. De cette mani\u00e8re, vous devenez vous-m\u00eame plus d\u00e9tendu et plus heureux dans la vie et vous devenez une personne plus agr\u00e9able pour les autres et pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Par la suite, le\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Marina<\/span>\u00a0L'\u00e9tude des postures assises correctes a permis de mettre l'accent sur certains aspects susceptibles d'entraver l'obtention de la paix mentale en position assise. L'agitation et la r\u00e9sistance peuvent provenir de sensations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables dans le corps, comme des pieds ou des jambes endormis, par exemple.\u00a0<em>m\u00e9ditants<\/em>\u00a0la position assise jambes crois\u00e9es ou \u00e0 genoux, les douleurs dorsales, les tensions dans le cou ou les \u00e9paules dues au fait de rester longtemps dans la m\u00eame position, etc. Marina a expliqu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail comment y rem\u00e9dier. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 : ne d\u00e9veloppez pas de r\u00e9sistance ou d'aversion \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de ces d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments physiques, car cela ne ferait que les exacerber. Observez-les calmement, acceptez qu'ils soient l\u00e0, d\u00e9tendez la partie du corps o\u00f9 ils se produisent et reportez votre attention sur l'objet de votre m\u00e9ditation, en l'occurrence la respiration. Au bout d'un certain temps, vous remarquerez que les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments s'att\u00e9nuent, car une sensation n'est pas \u00e9ternelle et est \u00e9galement sujette \u00e0 des changements. Si les inconforts physiques ne s'am\u00e9liorent pas, vous pouvez faire quelques mouvements subtils ou changer de position assise.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Marina<\/span>\u00a0a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l'importance de maintenir un juste milieu entre une assise trop forc\u00e9e, qui provoque des tensions et ferme l'esprit, et une relaxation trop importante, qui conduit \u00e0 la somnolence. La m\u00e9ditation consiste \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9veill\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent et \u00e0 regarder avec un esprit ouvert et impartial tout ce qui se pr\u00e9sente ici et maintenant. Sans le juger ni y r\u00e9agir par l'aversion ou l'envie.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; color: #2c2c28; font-size: 17.136px; letter-spacing: normal; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);\">Ensuite, il y a les brouilleurs mentaux, auxquels tout le monde est confront\u00e9, y compris les praticiens avanc\u00e9s : des pens\u00e9es intrusives et sautillantes qui assaillent sans rel\u00e2che votre esprit, m\u00eame si les conditions ext\u00e9rieures sont propices \u00e0 l'obtention de la paix mentale, comme dans le cas pr\u00e9sent.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><a style=\"color: #00285e;\" href=\"http:\/\/tushita.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tushita<\/a><\/span>.
