Encore une fois, ces Espagnols...<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d372af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d372af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: medium; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; letter-spacing: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; color: #2c2c28;\">Le samedi apr\u00e8s-midi, je suis pass\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la <strong>Canal Bruges-Ostende<\/strong> devant un b\u00e2timent class\u00e9 et d\u00e9labr\u00e9, qui \u00e9tait autrefois une<b>\u00a0<\/b><strong>Maison de p\u00e9age espagnole<\/strong> avait \u00e9t\u00e9. Le jardin abrite d\u00e9sormais un caf\u00e9 pour cyclistes et randonneurs :\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spaanstolhuis.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; color: #00285e;\">'t Spaans Tolhuis<\/span><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; color: #2c2c28;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; color: #2c2c28;\">Ayant \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9 les Espagnols \u00e0 plusieurs reprises \u00e0 De Klinge et Kemzeke, j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'y aller pour un Latte Macchiato.<\/span><\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir rempli les obligations de la corona \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e, j'ai donn\u00e9 un prospectus sur mon projet de marche pour Street Nurses vzw. J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9ablement surprise lorsqu'il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que Peter, le nouveau jeune op\u00e9rateur, travaillait pour l'Agence de protection de la jeunesse de Flandre occidentale. Il s'occupe de la pr\u00e9vention du sans-abrisme chez les jeunes et les jeunes adultes et, comme les Straatverplegers, il met en avant le principe du \"logement d'abord\". Il a pu imm\u00e9diatement fournir des informations sur la pr\u00e9sence de sans-abri \u00e0 Ostende.<\/p><p>J'ai appris de Peter et de Joke, sa partenaire, les op\u00e9rateurs enthousiastes qui pr\u00e9voient de restaurer le poste de p\u00e9age d'ici trois ans environ, que l'on ne pouvait pas se passer de l'aide de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. <strong>L'histoire de ce projet est r\u00e9sum\u00e9e sur leur site web<\/strong>. Cela me permet d'\u00e9conomiser beaucoup de temps de frappe :<\/p><p>\"Le minuscule poste de p\u00e9age espagnol situ\u00e9 le long du chemin de halage entre Plassendale et Bruges \u00e9tait autrefois la porte d'entr\u00e9e d'un solide fort du XVIIe si\u00e8cle. Celui-ci gardait l'ancienne \u00e9cluse de Plassendale. Ce n'est arriv\u00e9 qu'en 1604 !
