March 17, '24 - Sendero Guadalora: Last week's postponed walk in the nature reserve Sierra de Hornachuelos took place today. Since I was staying at a rural campsite about 25 km from there, I was still able to participate.
It became a beautiful, varied tour through typical Mediterranean landscapes, with lots of stone and cork oaks. Manuel Ramon Ternero Villalobos knows how to find the beautiful spots in Andalusia!
The last part we walked through the beautiful Guadalora valley. Three times we had to cross the small river via stones, but only one of them had water on it.
