I’m cycling for human rights in Tibet. Not only to help that long-suffering people — who have endured hardship for 70 years — but also because this is important to us, or may become so in the future.

In Venice, I visited the Biennale at the Arsenale, the Giardini and various venues around the city. I also took the opportunity to see the Pinault collection at Punta della Dogana and a compelling exhibition by Michael Armitage at Palazzo Grassi.
