The head is off! I left Antwerp/Berchem on 10 July and arrived in Lembeke/Kaprijke on 19 July. On this part of my trek around Belgium, I was plagued by terribly painful blisters on my feet.

Cycling for Bubaque 2019: Antwerp - Pevensey
In Belgium along canals and through vast polders to the French port town of Bray-Dunes. From there, through the industrial port area to the ferry terminal, and in southern England, give up on gravel paths and very steep cliffs.
